Our Free Shipping offer is available on standard shipping in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify.

We try to fulfill and ship orders the same day they are ordered, but this depends in part on when the order is placed. Usually packages are fulfilled and shipped in 1-2 days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

When We Ship

Delivery time is based upon business days, which we consider to be Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM, excluding holidays. UPS does not deliver on the weekend or holidays. USPS will deliver priority mail shipments Monday-Saturday but will not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Orders placed with a standard shipping method will normally ship within one business day. If your order is placed on the weekend, or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The pick-up/processing day does not count as a ship day.

Returns and Refunds Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it anytime within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount you paid for the product. Refunds do not include your return shipping costs.
